Cancellation Policy

• Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. Late changes incur 50% of the booked service. • No‑shows or cancellations made less than 1 hour before your appointment will be charged 100% of the service. • A 10‑minute late arrival may result in a shortened service or be treated as a no‑show. • A credit card on file is required. Fees are charged automatically or invoiced. • For medical emergencies or first‑time offenses, fees may be waived at our discretion.
